Insurance & reimbursement
This practice does not currently accept any insurances.
A superbill will be provided for families seeking possible out-of-network reimbursement. Families are responsible for determining their insurance eligibility, benefits, reimbursement rates, and submitting claims directly to their insurance company.
Uninsured and self-pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services, as required by law.
Scheduling & cancellation
There is currently no waitlist, and most families can be scheduled within 1-2 weeks for an intake appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without issue. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling and are subject to the discretion of the practice.
If your child or anyone in your household is ill, please notify the practice as soon as possible. Illness is considered an excusable reason for cancellation or rescheduling. Please do not attend appointments while sick.
